Both. A consultation can stand alone — giving you clear direction to take forward yourselves or with another contractor — or it can be the first step of a full design project with KC Design, with the consultation fee credited toward the project where applicable.

Yes. Design audits and layout reviews are a core part of the consultation service — we assess existing plans or built spaces and provide practical recommendations on space planning, flow, storage and finishes.
