Interior Design & Architecture

Yes. KC Design provides full interior design and architecture services for villas, apartments, penthouses and townhouses across Dubai, from new-build handovers to complete renovations of established homes.

A full package typically covers concept development, space planning, interior architecture, material and finish selection, joinery design, lighting design, technical drawings and complete design documentation, everything required to take a project from initial idea to on-site execution.

Both. For new-build or off-plan properties, we typically start from the developer's floor plans and refine the layout for how you actually live. For renovations, we can work from existing as-built drawings or arrange new measured surveys where needed.

A complete villa programme, from initial concept through to final styling, typically takes between 6 and 12 months, depending on the size of the property, the extent of any structural changes, and lead times for joinery and furniture procurement.

KC Design can manage the full process, including liaising with community management for approvals, coordinating contractors and suppliers, and overseeing on-site execution, or work alongside a contractor you've already appointed, depending on what suits your project.

Yes. We frequently begin design work ahead of handover, using the developer's drawings to plan layouts, specify finishes and pre-order long-lead-time joinery and furniture so the interior fit-out can start as soon as keys are released.

Yes. Alongside residential work, KC Design designs offices, retail and hospitality interiors. The scope can include space planning, interior architecture, materials, joinery and lighting. Our published portfolio includes one completed executive office in Jumeirah Lakes Towers.

Commercial briefs are shaped by how teams work, how visitors are received and how the space operates. Circulation, acoustics and durable finishes therefore carry more weight. Approvals may involve building management, landlords or the relevant authority, depending on location and use.
